Stationery/Personalized Items policy: If your item is printed with an error made by us, you will receive a corrected duplicate item. If the error was made by the customer when ordering, we will do our best to redo your item at the lowest cost possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our paper items once your email sample is sent and/or shipped. Please email us if you would like to see how your wording will look in the font on the card or request a font list prior to ordering and choose the font you would like. We will not accept returns because you do not like how the font looks with your personalization, so we strongly suggest you request to see how your name(s) will look in the font before printing. We will email samples of invitations and announcements prior to printing.
Jewelry Return Policy: All of our jewelry is brand new and is shipped in our own packaging or a jewelry box. We will ship each item with as much care as possible, however, if you receive a piece of jewelry damaged, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt of item) by emailing shoregirl1000@aol.com and return the damaged to us. A duplicate item will be shipped to you at no additional charge and if we do not have a duplicate item in stock, your item will be refunded in full, including your shipping amount once the damaged item has been returned to us. If you ordered other items with your jewelry, shipping will not be refunded. Otherwise, all jewelry sales are final.
